You can cancel your order, but only before we have sent your purchase. If you want to cancel your order, but material or items has been already sent, you may return it within 5 days, paying transportation and operational expenses. The book to be returned to us in the same condition it arrived, and you will be fully refunded for the material or items 

You must ensure that the material or items are securely packaged for return shipping. We will not accept returned items from customers that have been damaged in transit to the gallery due to insufficient packaging.  If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Acceptance of returns outside of the 7 days’ time frame will be at the discretion of Integrated Human Dynamics.

If you would like to return an item, please email us at jlaferla@ihdynamics.co.za (7) Seven Days after receiving your material or items, stating your reason for wishing to return the item as well as the collection date and address.  The client to schedule a courier to collect the material or items and send us a confirmation email. Please print out this email and include it with the material or items being returned.  We will refund your purchase after the IHD has received and checked the item. We will do everything we can to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.
